Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Sonic Arch collects when you sign up for the Mosaic beta, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

This website (sonicarch.com) and the Mosaic software are operated under the Sonic Arch brand by Renan Zimermann, an independent software developer. For any privacy question, the data controller can be reached at support@sonicarch.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly:

We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any sensitive data. The Mosaic software itself runs locally inside Ableton Live and does not send your audio, clips, or projects to us or to anyone else.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

We use your email, with your consent (the legal basis under Brazil's LGPD, Art. 7, I, and the GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)), to:

We will not use your email for anything else, and we will not sell, rent, or trade it.

4. Who processes it

To run the signup and email list, we rely on trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

These providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Brazil and the EU. They operate under recognized data-protection safeguards.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that profile you. We load web fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded demo video, which may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email — once you do, you are removed from the list.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR, you can at any time:

To exercise any of these, just email support@sonicarch.com — or, for the fastest route, click unsubscribe in any email we send you. We respond within 15 days.

8. Children

Mosaic and this site are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting how we use your data will be announced by email.
